The car is amazing overall, but early owners like me face some minor issues. It's expected for a new car to need some recalls and repairs. Mine had a faulty charging port but it still charges quickly. My advice is to hold off a little until they fix all the problems. But if you ask me if I'd recommend this car, I'd say ABSOLUTELY. It's awesome. Every car has its drawbacks as long as they're not serious or risky lol

I had the 2022 EV6 for a while, and it was a solid ride with no charging port problems. If you like it, I’d say go for it.

My wife and I had a similar dilemma when we considered getting the EV6. I ended up hearing about the charging port issue too, and it gave us pause. But after chatting with a few owners online and visiting a dealership, we learned they’ve made improvements in the newer models, so we took the plunge. Thankfully, our experience has been great so far, with no charging hiccups at all.

It’s strange how many people say they haven’t experienced the charging port issue, but I definitely did just a few weeks after getting my EV6. Thankfully, I was able to resolve it before it became a bigger problem.
