I observed some variation in the charging rate of my Wallbox Pulsar+ while using the app. It started at a steady 9.5 kW, but after about two hours, the rate fluctuated between 4.5-9.5 kW. Despite this, the car charged from 35% to 80% in about 4.5 hours. The 2023 GTL has the latest updates, and I was charging during off-peak hours with the garage temperature around 84°F. Any idea why the charging rate fluctuated like this? Appreciate your insights

My device's current readings jump around, even after the ICCU fix. I think the current is actually stable, though, because my Sense monitor shows it's consistent. The problem is, my device always reports a current that's much lower (70-80%) than what the Sense monitor measures. I've talked to support, but nothing has fixed it, even with the latest updates.

That's gotta be the ICCU's overheat protection.

I keep hearing about problems with Wallbox chargers. That's why I'm not a fan of all those "smart" features. Too much to break, you know? I just want a charger that works plug it in, and it charges, simple as that.

It’s likely the battery management system adjusting as the charge level increases. EVs tend to slow down the charging speed as they get closer to full to protect the battery. The garage temperature and off-peak charging might also play a small role. Overall, it sounds pretty normal!
