Kia EV6 Charge Request Error notification mystery

This morning I received an email from Kia America about a 'Charge Request Error' from my 2023 EV6 GTL RWD. It told me to check the Kia Owners Portal, but I can't find any related notifcations there. I haven't charged my car in weeks, so this is confusing. Does anyone know what this error means and where it would be located on the portal? I need to home charge tonight before my ICCU fix appointmnt tomorrow, and I'm hoping this error isn't related. Any insights would be appreciated!

The car's charging, no problem there, but these alerts are popping up. Should I be worried about it?

That’s odd, if you haven’t charged in weeks, it sounds like the system sent an error for a charge request that never happened. Kia’s software can be a bit glitchy, and since the ICCU issue is already on your radar, I wouldn’t be surprised if this is somehow linked. Have you checked the Kia Connect app for any stored error logs? If it won’t clear, I’d bring it up at your ICCU appointment just in case.
