i’m looking for a Level 3 charging adapter for my 2023 Kia EV6. would love some recommendations. There seem to be a lot of different options out there. I'm a bit confused which one is okay or compatible with my EV6. I want to make sure I’m getting one that’s reliable and works well with public fast chargers. What adapter are you using? Any issues with compatibility or charging speed?

There's no use in buying that adapter yet. Since my EV6 can't use the regular Superchargers (only the Magic Dock ones), I can't even check if the adapter works unless I know someone with a Ford or Rivian EV.

You'll want a DC fast charging adapter that supports CCS2, most public chargers use this standard, so look for one from brands like JuiceBox or ChargePoint, also ensure it's certified for reliable performance, and check reviews for compatibility and charging speed.

It's a bit of a waiting game for truly reliable widely available options. Tesla's own official adapter will likely be the gold standard so keeping an eye out for that is key. Avoid any super cheap off-brand adapters for your safety. I haven't personally used one yet as they're just starting to hit the market but I'm definitely watching reviews and user experiences closely. Once the official adapters are out that's what I'd recommend sticking with.
