Kia Charge App cost and hidden fees

Anyone using the Kia Charge App lately, especially in Europe? I'm planning a road trip in my EV6 and want to figure out the best charging options. The Kia Charge basic rates seem cheaper than Elli or Electroverse in some spots, but worried about surprise VAT or other fees, especially when traveling.

Italy is my usual destination, and public charging is a must since family has no home charger and the old charger won't cut it. I have Elli and Electroverse cards. Hoping to hear some recent experiences with the Kia Charge App in France, especially regarding hidden fees and overall cost compared to other options.

That sounds like an epic road trip huh. For charging on the go, I've been using Octopus Electroverse and found it to be a more affordable option compared to the advertised Kia Charge. You can't go wrong with Electroverse. Trust me. Be safe on your trip!

I recently took a trip of about 3,000 miles using the Kia Charge Card, primarily at Ionity, and found it quick and easy. The charges matched what Kia advertised, but I noticed European charges processed slowly.
