ABRP issue

I just got my EV6 and I'm trying to use it for long trips. I'm using ABRP to find charging stations, but it's not working properly; it says there are no charging stations near my route, despite the fact that there are. Does anyone know what's going on?

Do you know if you got the OTA? If yes, then verify which version is your Nav/Infotainment system. My guess is that you got an old OTA update, and not the most recent one.

I updated my system via USB stick when it first came out, and it worked pretty well for finding charging stations. You can filter options for charger types and networks, and you might need to enable battery preconditioning if you want to use it. If you’re having trouble with ABRP showing no charging stations, maybe try clearing the filters or enabling them again. I’ve used my system a few times on long trips, and while it’s not as good as Tesla’s, it’s been better than expected.

You need a software update.
