Maximizing Frunk Space

After realizing the EV6 RWD has a bit of extra room up front, I decided to try out a simple mod to make more storage space in the frunk. Found a tub on Amazon that fits perfectly, and it’s been a game-changer for keeping all my cables, adapters, and other bits organized. No more loose stuff rolling around!

The tub setup gives me a lot more room for essentials, and it’s been nice to make use of that extra space. For those of you with the RWD model, it might be worth checking out if you’ve been looking for a bit of a storage boost.

That’s a great idea! I wonder if I could do something similar with the AWD version to add more storage space up front.

The European RWD models have a bigger front trunk. I wanted that, but it's not available in the US. I ended up getting the Wind AWD instead.

Awesome mod! I've been using my frunk to store the V2L adapter, tire mobility kit, and a small toolset. Having a dedicated storage bin would definitely keep things more organized.

interesting! I always felt like the EV6 frunk was too small to be really useful, but this actually makes me reconsider. Do you find that the tub limits what you can store, or does it actually help maximize the space? I might have to test this out.
