Hey guys! Has anyone heard how many Tesla Superchargers will be compatible with Kia? I guess it will be a small percentage. Also, what adapters are you looking for?
Thanks for the reply, but this is not what I asked. It was supposed to start in 2024, but it is looking like 2025 now. You'll need a Tesla-to-CCS adapter.
Oh, so our car's faith depends on Elon... thanks! It's still unclear how many Superchargers will work with Kia EVs. It is likely to be a small number, at least at first. We'll need a specific adapter to physically connect a Kia EV's charging port to a Tesla Supercharger's connector. It's worth noting that this adapter will only work if Tesla updates its software to recognize Kia vehicles.
Yeah, I was just making a point on when it would be available, but from what I understand, Tesla is gradually upgrading Superchargers to be compatible with CCS. The rollout will likely start with a smaller percentage and expand over time. Thanks for the reply, but this is not what I asked.
