Troubleshooting Slow Start on EV6 Home Charging

How’s everyone’s charging experience been with the EV6 GT-Line Performance at home? I just got my home charger installed here in the U.S., and I’ve noticed a couple of quirks:

• Charging starts out really slowly, around 0.2 kW, and stays there for a bit before picking up.
• The charging rate generally stays between 9-10 kW, and I haven’t seen it go above 10 kW yet, even though the charger is rated for 11 kW.

Has anyone has noticed similar charging behavior, or am I overlooking something important here?

It really depends on the supply availability. I have a relative in the UK who gets up to 7kW from a home charger.
