Opening and closing windows remotely with key fob

Hey guys! I don't know if this is an issue or not, but is it normal that I can open the car's windows remotely using the key fob, but I can't close them?

The car doesn’t have the roll-up feature here in the US - guess it's for safety or whatever.

Afaik, by default, the remote control can only open it, not close it.

You can also refer to the Owner’s Manual. But I think it can only open the window and not close. I hope it helps!

Yeah, no problem! I am kinda disappointed that I can't close the window with the key fob.
I appreciate your replies, guys! At least, there is no issue with the car or the key fob, as I was expecting.
