Hoping someone can shed some light on my EV6 problem. The driver side parking sensor (way on the right) keeps going off like crazy, even with nothing around! I checked for debris and cleaned everything, but it's still beeping non-stop.

Anyone else experience this? My sensors haven't been bumped or damaged at all, just the occasional beep at a red light before. Would love some advice before I head back to the dealer!

If something's not working quite right, a warning light will usually pop up on the dashboard or your mechanic can use a special tool to check it out. In this case, it might just be a sensor calibration issue that can be easily fixed.

A faulty wiring or a 12v battery issue might be the issue at hand. But an OBD Scanner might give you a better assessment on what the problem really is.

I haven't had that specific issue, you might want to try resetting the sensors or checking for software updates before heading to the dealer; sometimes, a quick reset can do the trick

My EV6 when the sensors went haywire too. It turned out to be a small buildup of dirt that I missed, even after cleaning. After I cleaned it again, the problem went away! But if you’ve already checked for debris and it’s still beeping, it might be worth having the dealer take a look just in case there’s a more serious issue with the sensor.

The EV6's parking sensors may be interfering with those of other cars, according to some online discussions. I've seen this happen, but I'm not sure which cars are causing the issue.
