Annoying update message

I'm really getting tired of this "please update display audio software" message that keeps popping up on my ev6 wind's screen. It's so distracting! I checked the Kia website for updates, but the ev6 isn't listed there. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Am I missing something here?

@byangtruck Is there an ok button? Can you try to press it and follow the prompts? It will let you install an update or run an OTA update.

Can you send us a photo of what is showing on your screen?

That message is so frustrating, many EV6 owners have seen it. The EV6 updates aren’t always listed online, you can try checking through the Kia Connect app or contact your dealer directly.
