I need help getting my car back from the dealership. I took it in a while back because the battery died, and it's still there. I was patient at first, but now I'm getting annoyed. I called Kia's customer service last Wednesday, but they said it could take up to two weeks to figure it out. My car's got only 17k miles, so it's probably not covered by that lemon law thing. Am I just stuck waiting for them to fix it?
