Anyone else experiencing some seriously charging behavior after that ICCU recall update? This sounds like a proper head-scratcher, you set your charge limit, unplug, and then the car decides to top itself off whenever it feels like it. Definitely not ideal, especially with those peak-hour electricity rates! It's like your EV6 has a mind of its own. That temporary workaround of lowering the max charge is clever, but obviously not a long-term solution. Has anyone else noticed similar issues, or have any tech-savvy folks got ideas on what might be triggering this rogue charging? Could it be a software glitch in the update, or something deeper? And more importantly, has anyone contacted Kia about this yet?

I’m thinking it’s probably a glitch in the software, like a setting resetting itself or not saving properly after that update. Super weird, especially with the charging limits all messed up.

We scheduled an appointment with the dealer after experiencing a similar problem. I was informed that it might take a half-day or longer since the update doesn't take the first time according to them. I was so happy when it only took an hour and no component replacement was required. I hope yours goes as smoothly as mine did!
