Keeping the Charging Cable Out of the Way

Came up with a handy solution to keep my charging cable out of the way in my tight garage space. With limited room between the car and the wall, I needed something simple and cost-effective that would keep the cable from being a tripping hazard. I ended up using a two-foot-wide shelf bracket, mounted so it swings out to hold the cable while charging, and then folds flat against the wall when not in use.

It’s worked great so far, and if anyone’s interested, I can share a parts list and step-by-step instructions. Makes navigating the garage so much easier!

Love that! Super smart and low-key way to keep that cord off the floor - no more doing the awkward cord-hop dance every time I walk by. LOL
